Dont drink
Just a area full of disfunctionals

To many family members marrying each other has probably something to do with it
Next time your down this way take a closer look at the locals
Theres something not quite right

-   or it may just be something to do with the water in these parts

Cost of living is high in this part of the world and wages dont really reflect this
But I suppose this can be said of most places now
Weve had to return here to sell up to finance a life elsewhere
As its equally hard earning a decent living in other parts of the world
The biggest problem around the west sussex area is the large amount of dossers and chancers topping up their dole money cleaning windows cutting grass etc who pay no tax etc thus keep the going rates low
Just think long and hard before moving

I've found it's the opposite although the furthest I go into West Sussex is Shoreham, Lancing and Sompting.

I live a bit further east in Brighton (East Sussex) which probably attracts the highest number of vagrant types of anywhere in the country and I have no problems getting good priced work or with chancers topping up their dole money. Yesterday I picked up two dead easy jobs within yards of each other. Each was just two sash windows at £10 each. 20 minutes work in total maybe less.

This area along the coast is quite affluent and window cleaning prices are generally towards the top end. Personally, I think if a window cleaner cannot make a good living along the coast then they're doing something wrong.

Brighton and hove is a very affluent area but again has its fair share of pits
But generally people are wealthy and earn a decent wage and business is good
When I returned to the uk I advertised in a south coast paper and almost all the inquiries came from brighton and hove residents

Fortunately, there's no raving patches here in Brighton but rumour has it there's a few now in Worthing.

Get caught in the wrong place by a raving patch and boy, does it hurt.
