Yes mate - had plenty of roof cleans - looking at a council contract for 30 plus buildings to gutter clear and roof clean and this weeek hope to have cleaned 95 caravans and decks  ;D

I'd rather eat one of my kidneys than do it for nothing for a neighbour who expects you to work for free.

Been a while since anyone posted here so here is one of 7 new builds we had to clean due to pot workmanship by the bricky

What pressure do you  go in at Smudger.
I hear such horror stories about pressure  washing roofs.
In fact I had a guy ask me to do his as neighbour had loads of problems.

Modern tiles like that - 150 bar

What problems ?

Most of the horror stories are either US based where people p/w wooden shingles or roofs with felt
the other is people not cleaning from above and firing the jet of water up into the tiles and lifting them
Must have done well over 100 roof cleans now - clay - cement - slate  with all sorts of profiles - where poss we don't walk the roof - that makes a big difference
