Stubborn carbon on ovens

Hi guys

I was wondering if anyone can help, I've been doing a few ovens and getting them to a good standard but not good enough in my eyes it's just there is still very stubborn carbon that will not come off........can any of you guys help with ideas how to get these off?

I just hate leaving a job when I ain't satisfied with it myself if that makes sense.....the customers have been just me lol
