plate glass window

Hi folks,did a showroom today with about 20 glass panel three high so 60 in total.
four of the top ones when looked at from a certain angle still looked very dirty and for the life of me cannot get them clean . Has anybody come across this and know what the problem is or how to solve it .Any help greatly appreciated , Liam.

Could it be staining from lead flashing ???

DID YOU CLEAN BOTH SIDES? HOW DID YOU CLEAN THEM?

WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.
