But as I said before at least some people will now have learnt what it means like it or not.

As again you've mentioned nvq , it seems only the people that do not have one that seem to try and belittle them at every opportunity  , I guess you don't understand the point thats all. Apart from by law I have to train my staff it's a great marketing tool. I'm glad your starting to see them as sounding fantastic

Trained James that is in law, I never said they have to go on NVQ but it does show you the laws that we have to follow, I didn't know this until I went on it

i never said I was an expert or a top business man, do I like to try different things yes I do,  I'm glad you spend your time looking at me online but it is rather sad don't you think.
What am I doing here, I own a window cleaning company I like speaking to other people about window cleaning ( which my wife thinks is sad)

Can someone actually show me a cleaning firm, who has profited by Social media, i dont mean a couple of jobs, but enough to be worth the time and effort ?

If not, is there any point, because if it could happen then i honestly think a window cleaner would of come forwards by now, there are some very clever people on this forum, they get into everything where theres money involved, surely it would have happened by now

It's not about being nice Ian, it's about your "credibility". I would listen to you if I thought you were a credible source of what you spew. However, a little scratch of the surface & your recent exploits on here sends me to believe otherwise. So, I'm not for one minute suggesting you are a bad'un at all, but rather someone who isn't something he would like to be & sees us as the easy choice of a gullible, interactive audience to live out that fantasy.

been reading these posts for a few years now, and followed your attempts on facebook, looks good to me by the way, but I am a window cleaner not a potential customer, the only person that seems to have done well with social media is a member on here who has a slightly different customer base, i.e. he is germany and cleans forces accommodation and it seems to work very well for him, I can think of a couple of others that have done ok from it, mainly using local forums to them but in domestic only.

but no I don't think anyone has made it really big from social media, well not in window cleaning anyway. it does work for other industries
