« on: December 04, 2012, 04:19:59 pm »
i am after some advice please. i cleaned a beige wool carpetwhole house all went fine. two hours later came back to shut window and and noticed one dark stain about 8 inches by 5 inches with a bit of discolouration. i've cleaned alot of carpets over the years no problems. want to know what caused it. I didn't over wet and used woolsafe product. Any ideas what caused it and what to say to customer.  THanks

Could possibly been something which has been spilt onto carpet. They've cleaned the top surface but left contaminant in the base which has wicked up on drying. Did it come out?

oh i see what you were meaning about rinsing. i don't think that would have caused this problem as carpet not wet enough and no harsh chemicals.

Mix up some browsing prescription with cold water equal parts and spray on might disappear
