Is their a recommended water pressure for putting through DI vessel i have a 11 ltr vessel and have really good water pressure i can produce over 150 ltrs in about 10 mins and that is not with tap on full .
Will the high water pressure affect the life of my resin

Hi M

There's loads on this going back if you search - but it seems there is a relationship between how effective the resin is Vs rate of flow through the resin.

Thanks for that granny well taken care off .
I asked my wife to fill tank today as she was at home and she only turned tap 2 turns and in 10-15 mins i had over 150 ltrs of pure water . So need to reduce water pressure best adjust at stopcock .
Thanks again Mike

resin wont last long doing that. the slower the water the longer the resin will last.
