And just like any other communication it doesn't always have to be selling something, it could be cleaning tips, useful information, comps etc.

I like the idea of texting as it's yet another medium.

Thats excellent information Wynne, yes your right, its not always about direct selling, sometimes indirect selling can work better! People should take more notice of you - as you certainly know your onions  :D
