bought two in last few months i make sure we have both knocked on all the custys and spoke to most of them to explain and leave my flyer , it may take a few visits and you wont catch every single house on list { get the last few as you clean } after that i will pay at least half of the money and then you need to start work on the round as soon as poss then after first day give rest of cash if you feel you own the round , i know a few may disagree and say pay in instalments each week , but i knew the people i was buying off and felt safe that the round was mine , maybe i would do it the instalment way if i didnt trust the seller completly , good luck anyway and be carefull  :D
the more flyers i post , the luckier i seem to get ...
