I have recieved a automatic phone call from a withheld internation phone number asking me to type my pin number using my keypad, no message before as to why I need to do this.

I smell a rat   be careful

yes it is a scam the banks say online banking dont give you id  or password     and paypal say the same a withheld number      not good

Be careful they record the tone of your keypad and use that too clone your card and use the pin!
