Round for sale - Ongar, Essex

Ragalan:
Round for sale in the Ongar and Kelvedon Hatch area. There are 62 houses in total and these houses bring in £689.00 a month. All houses apart from one are cleaned using the water-fed pole system. The total amount of cleaning time for all houses is about 15 hours, plus of course travel time and subject to how much water can be carried on the van if using the pole system.
 
The round has been established for over 5 years and all customers are extremely good payers. Many customers send me a cheque for any monies owed.
  
I am looking for £1700 for a quick sale (just under 2.5 times the monthly value).
