I would not attempt this any water will be difficult to extract i have heard of small cushions on suites cleaned but i have one of these and they are very heavy, if its a small patch then maybe.

Cleaned a memory phone mattress last Thursday, which wasn't very dirty, and had a very slight mold problem.

Gave it a very fine misting pre-spray, good agitation, decent dwell time and then extracted with pressure set at around 50 psi. Plenty of dying strokes and left fans on while i cleaned there 2 -1 suite. By the time i left it was just about dry.
Used a cfr hand tool. Would clean not clean any type of mattress unless you have a decent uphiolstery handtool.

You're not cleaning the memory foam, you're cleaning the fabric that covers it!  With the right tools you can clean anything ;)

The best product to use for this would be a fast drying upholstery shampoo. I would lightly pre-spray with a broad spectrum anti bacterial and fungal solution such as Formula 429. Then gently agitate the surface with the foam from the shampoo and vac off. Job done and will dry quickly, especially with air movement over it.
