I have seen one today in the flesh and i had it fully extended looks very good. just a miner fault the gardiners carbon gooseneck will not fit the top of the facelift poles.

Perhaps this is for a reason maybe facelift have got plans for their own carbon fibre goosenecks  ;) ;)

Paul

Precisely! We have one now in prototype...

any news on the pole we ordered mike, was ordered last week to arrive this week

You could not make this up.
So after all the hype, no poles.
It seems you have taken all the innovation of one suppler with all the customer service of another.
Brilliant.

This is a little hard to swallow..........

Not sure you are actually a customer or not, so commenting on our customer service with no first hand experience...?? There are poles, and in stock, but you can only order over the phone or with Mike direct. Everyone who has ordered is fully informed and aware of this.

are you polarbrite as well ? as there online no arranged dates

Losing the plot, saw the videos before, definitely looks a good pole and I would be interested in buying one. Will Arthur at Sure Clean be stocking them? Or how much would it cost to ship to Ireland?

Lets hope, for the sake of the pre-orderers that it's a better offering than Unger's effort on the worlds best pole only a few short weeks ago!!! ;D ;D ;D

I'm hoping Sureclean will carry the range, if not one of our fine distributors will happily ship to Northern Ireland...

Email me please so I can keep you informed...

Hey Stephen,
Don't worry too much about it. I did write seems. I have been a customer before, I bought an 18' glass fibre jobbie that you had launched at the cleaning show in Coventry 4 or 5 years ago. It had those funny clamps on it.
The customer service bit was aimed at this thread, people asking questions and not getting answers.
Punish someone you know who is not in this industry to read this thread and let them tell you how it comes across.
Always nice to have competition in the industry so thanks and Ive brought you back to the top. ;D

Are the Facelift clamps bonded on or clamped?
