I was just wondering do any of you call the customers to tell them your coming to do the windows.I do this and the customers like it also do you think it's worth mentioning on my flyers?.

I did to begin with, now I won't text new customers. Especially those where I need to go through the house. It adds stress in terms of getting through the work before picking up my son before school and limits my earning ability as when I get a late "sorry, we are away" it is too late to replace.Texting / calling as standard is a bad idea imho. Just a shame it took me two years to realise it.
