Well just had best month ever on windows even after taking off the extra wages.

Got thru all work bar 7 jobs.

Windows are getting cleaned on time instead of 2 weeks late and defo easier and less mucky ... them 2 weeks do make a difference IMHO.

Got a few empty days in schedule now so attacking the canvassing from tomorrow and going to start pushing the conny roofs, fascias etc so more dosh .... hopefully.

also not as tired and actually have time to do some thinking.

All in all wish I had done it months ago.

Appreciate its down to caliber of staff but took my time advertising and interviewing properly plus a works trial to make sure.

Hi ian i am in the same boat as you took my son on full time a month ago when he left school and the only problem now is i am running out of work all the time. but like you said gives us more time to think and push other work i would not have had time for. well done mate and keep up the good work This Time Next Year, Rodders, We'll All Be Millionaires!
