Customer demands New
« on: June 25, 2012, 05:38:49 pm »
we were recomended to a prospective new client
All organised over the phone as she was in London-suited me as its a pain doing quotes at night
Team turned up on site to be given the following list of demands:
1)you can only come when I phone you
2)You can only pass the hose over the side gate but you cant go through it yourself
3)you have to knock and wait for me come and let you in where upon, you will take off your boots,go through the house and into the rear garden and put boots on(outside) again prior to commencing work
4)you must be quite at all times as they dont like any noise

we cleaned it once and threw away all her details as we drove off the driveway
we succeed because others can't or won't
