Excellent service !

Credit where credits due , I've seen some bad posts about brodex in the past but I have to say they have given me first class service with a decent price .

Last Wednesday I ordered a 36ft pole and 100 mtr hose which I needed urgently for a job this Sunday , I had the labour booked in , a scissor lift arranged and after a phone call to brodex on Friday I was assured I'd get the pole Saturday , John at brodex bent over backwards for us to get the order out on time !   Got the pole this afternoon

So a total thumbs up for brodex in this instance

I have the brodex 36 ft pole i use it for a few flats and its a pile of crap bendy heavy took weeks to arrive and the customer service was un helpful.

I think brodex customer service is hit and miss to be honest they do a good job when they feel like it.

It's about time they raised they're game.
However if I needed kit like you did for a certain date, there is no way on earth I would have rung Brodex.
In fact there is never any reason I would ring Brodex

I bought the 36ft Hydra pole from them and found them to be fine. although I would agree with Paul does seem to be a little hit and miss.

The pole was bullet proof, I didn't use it for a while so I sold it, low and behold I've had an influx of new work so looks like I'll be looking for a second hand one

we have just bought a new DI system off them customer service from the brodex guys was amazing its just all the third party people that that them down.
if brodex did everything in house they would be great but as they use third partys it does become a bit of a let down.
