iv bought several multi packs of 10 of 42inch lengths of Unger soft rubber and at least 2 of these packs are duff .  they leave lines from the start
   i bought these from www.soapnational.co.uk   on his special deal price and im going to fire off an email to the guvnor see what he has to say
  
 i know it cant be down to  me as they are still in their original packets ,i put a small slit in the packet and have just dragged out a rubber length one at a time from there .

Had the same when I bought a load from supplier.
The rubber had different widths from one end to the other I even contacted unger because i thought it was fake.

what was Ungers response?      i cant believe how bad this rubber is, having bought plenty in the past with no real problems

Had the same problem recently, baught a 25pack of 12inch rubbers (soft unger) and they have been leaving trail marks on the glass? its defo not my chanel as the chanel is straight as can be checked it?

I bought at least one of those 42" multi packs from soapnational, haven't had a problem, so maybe you got a dud batch?

Bought 50 lengths of 36" soft unger from cleaning spot about three months back,used 1 length and sent the other 49 back,rubbish.

same as above and still got a pack bag of crap, had to buy purex soft

I switched from Unger soft to Unger hard rubber and found them 100% better.

i buy the unger soft 14in pre cut rubbers that come in boxes of 25.excellent!ive never had a problem with em.

im sure ive heard of this unger problem before a few years ago?

Was going to start post on this too.Noticed this on an unger soft I was given from KS Cleaning,it was new but unusable,If you run your finger along its like the edge is serrated/cut incorrectly.

Thing is exact same thing happened with a length of pulex,so its not just unger.

And if their all made from the same manufacturer they need to know about it.

took a journey drive back to see the guvnor at Soapnational and he had a go with the rubber in his  new squeegee ,squeegeeing his shop window and he agreed it was useless rubber

good guy he is-   gave me and my mate a few nice free goodies AND a refund and i got some pulex rubber that seems good so far

Yes i have had trouble as well thought it was me im fed up changing new rubbers in the past unger have been great but this year they have been terrible lines all the time iused to use pullex and then i tryed unger soft and thought i was on to a winner but i think it is back to pullex or has anybody found a good rubber as i am defo not bying unger
