Jeff, i have been looking through your old posts(hope you dont mind). You have been wfp for a long time and i am after a bit of advice. I am on my 2nd venture with wfp, still getting in different results. I use a backpack mostly on my back as i like the freedom of trailing hoses. I have tried it as a trolley prefer it on my back. I use 000 pure water from my ro di. I have tried cleaning frames, then glass with a good rinse. Tried rinsing brush on brush off. Tried not touching frames. Still get indiffrent results.

I have read from your posts that you use a backpack and very little water. You dont clean tops of frames. How many windows can you clean with a 18 litre backpack? Did you initially clean the top of the frame? Do you use a tap on pole hose? Do you use pole hose? Think i am just after some of your experience please on what works for you. Any tips would be much appreciated

Birdy - seriously get that backpack off your back mate, your putting so much strain on your back with 18L of water plus the weight of the actual backpack on your back.

Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

mate i use a backpack & im 99.9% wfp. i use gardiners soft pole  hose so i can nip the flow between windows & for doing the sills but i also have a tap on my connector.  i work just as you do, clean all the frames  then glass & always rinse on with an unflocked brush, my water goes up to 10 or 12 before i change & never had a problem -- i'm looking to buy an old army bergen so i can take the straps off & put them on my backpack to make it a bit more comfy
i average  250 ltrs a day
backpack is a 505 from extend2clean
