Why don't we wash our cars in the rain?
Ians right cleaning in the rain makes no difference ....... to us. If you offer a rain guarantee then you'll rarely get called back. However, filthy wet weather means their windows will get dirty again within a couple of days, no doubt about it. My office window is absolutely covered in dirt due to the recent poor weather.
Unfortunately Ians fabulous customer service speech is really geared for his business rather than his customers interests. He's looking after himself really, not the customer. Rain is a right pain to all of us and customers alike. Probably makes little difference if you cut the lawn in the rain but I bet a few gardeners get cancelled.
lol it is not a customer services speech, I do this with everyone if there is a problem I sort it, the customer services is geared towards the customer, which in turn happys me.
Our house's do not drive a long a wet and dirty road picking up muck, so a little bit of a stupid thing to make a point against.
although if vans sat over a weekend/night I would not have a problem washing my vans in the rain (it gets wet anyway doesnt it) sorry the the sarcasium, I must be learning from you

If you dont like getting wet thats cool admit it, I have my own windows cleaned in the rain.
cutting grass in the rain would make a mess of the grass and clog up the mower so thats a reason.
Cleaning windows in the rain however makes no difference if it did we would not be cleaning in them.
Do you Clean in the rain Mark etting ?
