Wanted to order a 400 ltr tank brackets to bolt my tank down nice and secure- phoned up yes we do that at £159.64p. Good can you email me the details and link to purchase- no problem. Some 4 hours later no email  So emailed them with details. They email back- Unfortunately, this item has been discontinued and we are no longer able to provide it. Why bloody tell me you can and then you dont  So if anyone knows the best place to get a 400 ltr flat tank restraing kit please advise.

It may be a coincidence.

I used to buy quite a few bits from Cleaning Spot and I always order by phone so I've got to know the various voices over the years but recently, I havn't reckonised the voice(s) at the other end.

The last few orders have been a real mess up and the last order never even arrived.

I got my money back with no hassle what so ever.

After years of faultless service, suddenly it's a muddle. Anyway, they've lost a customer.
