wfp hands

do any of you get saw hands  after a days work using your CLX poles,  i dont know if its the pole or just a new cleaning method making my hands feel saw,    i know you are advised to wear gloves,   this might be a bit restricting   i dont know yet,  all a learning curve.   people seem surprised when i tell them its not normal tap water im using.

hands do take a bit of punishment trad or wpf i have started using the left glove all day dont seem to hinder me and as my left seems the worst it has made a big difference,got the mechanics gloves from gardiners :)

 The water is mildly acidic but you will get used to it. Try gloves occasionally.

cant say I do, but try wearing light weight fingerless cycling gloves now spring is here, less restricting and you can keep them on whilst writing driving etc

blisters on calases are part and parcel of window cleaning, your hands harden to this.

when you start to get cracks on your hands get some good hand cream to soften up the cracks, I get them on my thumbs quite a bit, I do wear gloves sometimes but feels alien

been cleaning trad 20 years. just started to use clx pole today, skin on inside of hand feels sore for some reason. used to rough and cracked skin on hands.

mate it does get better trust me, you not used to holding a big pole thats all  :-X  ;D

Wear gloves all day every day wfp.messing about with hoses all day is very unhygienic!

Showa 377 gloves with disposable nitrile glove liners underneath.sorted.no black hands!
