Hi benny,
Are they happy to wait a month to get paid? I have never seen it done like that before and would like to know how the took to the deal. Also do they work just for you? They seem very understanding if you just going to lay them off when you get full and then pick them up again when you need them....

It was them who really came up with the deal, door to door sales is there area and waiting till end of month for payment is the norm thay tell me, so it worked well for me and them...

It was an agreement that they wanted was they would try it for 6 to 8 weeks see how it worked out and take it from there, they do have something else coming up in July so if it didnt work with me they would be busy anyway but if i needed some canvassing done couple evenings that wouldnt be a problem..

Its early days yet but going but the bookings so far, the feedback from the lads, its all going to plan and in 2 months time I might want to keep them at it if i can

Yeah its a good deal for all concerned...they are self employed anyway and with door to door sales you only get paid what you sell, in this case book, and move on for the next sale/booking...on top of their commission i worked out a bonus they can get if they hit a certain value of cleans per month, so keeps them on their toes and keeps good jobs booked in...

They are hitting estates at the min which has terraced/semi d's, detached, bungalows etc, they are a mix in price as some have extentions etc but at the min averaging in at 20 quid per job, which i dont think is to bad for estate customers (and i dont mean anything bad about that  ;)  I wasnt sure if these estates would be worthwhile hitting but sure they know better and are proving themselves right

A 20 quid average is amazing on that kind of estate, I run my own canvassing company and know how hard that is...

Be careful its not too high as people my get fed up paying that once a month...

Also be aware of the drop offs on month three, they are going to say the right things when you are around but they may well be getting people to have just two cleans, i hope not as they sound like a good team....

And you can tell them they can have a job here with me lol I have more work than I cam cope with...
