I clean 1000 shops a week, and i can honestly they are not worth it unless you have them lined up like dominoes
you clean with your vans or sub them out ?

I did some shop work; got the ones the other windies didn't want, chippie and sandwich shop.

Because they opened later in the day and had shutters.

So windie had been and gone in the time these shops opened.

Got hassled from traffic warden, because shops were weekly had trouble fitting around my monthly domestic work.

I also got asked to quote on 4 3 storey blocks of flats where i live by the company i pay maintenance charge to.

I put in what i thought was a fair quote for me and them.

Was over the top by £60 (£200 i quoted)

Every year on the estate where i live there is a new window cleaning co :D

It's seems to be with commercial work; cheapest price always wins.

I'm not really intrested in commercial work, no desire to be a busy fool.

I bet there are a lot of windies who have big gaps in their rounds now due to commercial work changing to bi-tri- quartely cleaning cycles.

Obviously the attraction is higher earnings.

I'd rather build my round to more high end residential.
