 just want to let off some steam!!!
for over a week (festive week)  i did not recieve or make a call on my business line,
on friday last week thought about this, so picked up the phone and it was dead......
engineers were out all yeasterday only to find the traffic lights were down.  they need to order more in and reapply to authority to reinstall new ones.
this will now take over another week.

iv'e redirected all business calls to residential number.

now i'm wondering how many new potential  clients have gone elsewhere?

keep an eye on your number if it don't ring at least once a day.
