There are certain customers that will never want their window cleaned wfp for various reasons , mostly not prepared to accept change or that they have has a crap wfp cleaner previous. So i can see why it is advantageous to offer trad cleaning as well , although these customers would have turned off your video and looked elsewhere way before you tell them that you can clean their windows trad , maybe you should make a mention of it right at the start.

The ones that want trad will still be on betamax, never mind youtube.

Well said and a very good point you made. Thats why we are going to mention this with some words that "we clean by both methods.... watch both methods in this video" - or something like that on the website. :)

I found you need to educate customers. I've had one customer who went mental when she found out I was switching over. That was 4 years a go, now to her it's the best thing since sliced bread. Haven't had anyone ever having a problem with wfp. They all love it, because it's a much more comprehensive clean. The only ones who don't like it are the ones who have had bad experiences with wfp.

Hi
Love the video, shows you maintain new ways of increasing your business,
And by watching this video shows me good service (hopefully) and expensive tooling used.
I know as window cleaner its easy for me to say this, but truly if i was not i would pick a team like this.

Great video there Lee,

shame about the first few moments with the hazards being created, no cones etc and cleaning the third floor windows on that house first "really?" has this guy just started window cleaning ? I don't mean in anyway for that to be rude just asking.

(seems i am still learning, because this is what i would have done).
Ready to learn

good video BUT you ve used far too much soap in that bucket!!really!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

lots of soap left round the frames and it looks like fairy!is it?or are you trying to put them off trad altogether? ;D ;D

i would of added that trad is ground floor only if they want trad.

i also would show conny roof/fascias being cleaned.not a bad video though for an amateur lee!! ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

Hi window washer.
This is how i have cleaned to now,
Looking at the video, which i think is good, not looking at the bad points (too much soap in bucket)
Just looking presentation for customers.

Dorm Window or third floor window, Second floor window, ground floor.

First row to clean (dorm or third floor)
Second to clean (second floor or second level)
Last to clean ground floor.

Not sure if you are saying this is incorrect way, but i think you are saying this is not?

So can you tell me, the way you would do it.

Thanks Dave
