I keep reading on here about people earning/turning over £40/£50 or even £60 ph.
I assume this is on individual jobs not that much ph for 7 or 8 hours a day. For us each individuals t/o is expected to be £22.50 ph min from when they leave the yard till when they get back. Anything over £18.00 ph they get a 1/3rd of. The most anyone has done is about £30 ph, giving them an extra £30 per day

yes i have jobs where i earn £50-£60 an hour.these are commercial jobs.of course i dont earn that every hour of every days work.if i did id be earning a fortune!i also have work where im earning £35-£40 an hour. these are high end domestic properties(4-5 bed houses in very affluent areas).

on cheap compact 3 bedders on my estate work its more like £25-£30 an hour.i have such a mixture of work that it varies from day to day.on add on work like conny roof/fascia/soffit cleaning im earning £40 minimum an hour.

im a one man band in the north west.ive been window cleaning for 18 years.2 of em WFP.I MADE A LOT OF MISTAKES FOR MANY YEARS AND EARNED NEXT TO NOTHING FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF THEM!!

im older and wiser now and have a new attitude since going WFP.I also have the confidence to charge better prices for my work.im starting to build a much better business and future for myself and family.

none of you have to go through the long arduous years of struggling along robbing peter to pay paul etc,etc like i did.i battled alcoholism and drug addiction for many years.i was also in debt for years.luckily this is behind me now.

with hard work, commitment and help for my addictions im very much clean and sober and debt free.its took years to get to the point im at now in my life and business but well worth the struggle and effort.

i certainly went the long way round to build a better life for myself but hopefully im on my way now!!

best wishes to you all

We do £25 per hour for an individual and as a two we do £40 per hour, this is trad not WFP. This is total for every minute of the day including driving, lunch etc not just work time

We have one job which equates to £400 per hour, commercial, LOL takes 15 minutes for 2 of us, less as a 3 ;-)
Pity we dont have a stack load of them we'd be millionaires.

Having a very dense round greatly helps as im sure you know.
Oooooo that is shiny!!

i think that hourly rate can vary from area to area also.london will be diffrent to leeds for example i can make good money on various jobs but also make crap money on other jobs (mainly from my in experience when originally priced up)im gonna change them pretty soon but i want to get in the position where if i lose them i wont care
