WFP SYSTEMS BOLT CORROSION

HOW OFTEN DO BOLTS AND PLATES NEED TO BE CHANGED ON VAN MOUNTED SYSTEMS DUE TO CORROSION.
AS I HAVE BEEN READING WITH INTEREST THE THREADS ABOUT SAFETY OF SYSTEMS AND WHOS IS THE BEST. NOBODY HAS MENTIONED THE BOLTS AND PLATES THAT HOLD THE BEST ??? ???!!!!! BUILT FRAMES DOWN.
IS THERE A SAFETY ISSUE HERE AS TO WHEN BOLTS AND PLATES ARE RECOMMENDED OR HAVE TO BE CHANGED  .
WILL BE INTERESTED TO HERE YOUR REPLIES.

The bolts and plates won't need changing if the right ones are used in the first place.

                Who is old master ??? Are you something to do with Omnipole ??? If you are part of a professional company like Omnipole why not say so by updating your profile ???

They should never need changing ever if they and your floor panel have been speed lined.

I ALREADY HAVE S/S BOLTS AND NUTS AND STEEL PLATE . SHOULD THE STEEL PLATE ALSO BE S/S.
EVEN WITH EVERY THING BIENG S/S SHOULD IT STILL NOT BE EITHER REGULARLY (PERIODICALY) CHECKED OR CHANGED JUST LIKE A CAR HAS AN MOT

Galvanized plates will do fine. They should be checked periodically to ensure they have not come loose. "Tip" use two nylock nuts on each bolt and their shouldnt be any problem.

Is yours the 450 Kg or 550 Kg payload model?
unfortunatly escorts are not the best for carrying weight.

300 or 400  litre tank may be possible - this of course depends what else you are carrying or intend to carry in your van. Also if you work with another window cleaner and or ladders this weight will need to come into the equation.  
This was one of the reasons I invented the trolley system.
We have sold a lot of Omnitrolley systems to window cleaners with low payload vans. They carry a few jerrycans with pure water in them and top up the trolley as they go.

                 I like the look of the omnitrolley. How much are they ??? and are they suitable for hard water areas ???

The Omnitrolley is £475.00 its wheels and handle are detachable for easy transportation. The frame it is built on is designed to withstand a crash test :P !!
The trolley will run for approxamatly three working days before it needs a recharge, it uses approxamatly 1 litre of water  per minute, this is varible so you can "flood" a realy dirty 1st clean. We have an optional "shark" key fob type remote we normally sell this for £70.00 but you can have it fitted for free up to the end of February.
You may have seen the Omnitrolley being used by Rail networks and London Underground so they have undergone trials.

You need to de-ionise or purify the water by reverse osmosis prior to filling the Omnitrolley. do you have a purification system?
