April 5th is the day it all starts. Just pay the fine if it happens. try not to be so visible.

For Southern Water there are no fines for using wfp's, no restrictions and all that and etc etc etc.

It is written very very very very clearly on their website under 'Exceptions' to the restrictions.

• Using a water-fed pole to clean the windows of domestic premises in the course of a business;

http://www.southernwater.co.uk/Environment/WaterResourcesLatest/restrictionsNotice.asp

Also, with regards to Veolia and 'can't use wfp' as posted elsewhere on this forum. On their website there is nothing about the drought restrictions applying to using wfp. Nothing at all.

https://southeast.veoliawater.co.uk/docs/drought-restrictions-explained.pdf

As written elsewhere somewhere on CUI in a posted statement from Ionics there's the H & S aspect which means that using WFP is allowed as written also on the Veolia website.

'A statutory exception exists in The Water Use (Temporary Bans) Order 2010 for the cleaning
of domestic walls or windows in respect of health or safety.  This includes:
a) removing or minimising any risk to human or animal health or safety; and
b) preventing or controlling the spread of causative agents of disease'
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
