I will be enthusiastic next week!

This sunday 27,500 are going out and I expect to still be getting calls from last sundays drop of 10,000

in the last 10 min another customer has come through the call center from the last drop. She is spending nearly £200 on the first clean with the extras she has asked for. She is also swapping to us from another cleaner and we are more expensive. So that one person has covered a third of the cost of the drop (£600)

thats good ,

does your call center have a standard rate for first cleans do you double the maintenance cleans i know you advertise your prices but aint you worryed about the call center not sussing out a messer who wants a one off for your regular price?

if you double the first clean then it dont matter ofc

we have never had those issues. could be that were lucky that way. Most of the people that come to us are greatful to get a window cleaner or are pleased to change to us from another guy based on us offering a more complete package.

do you actually retain first clean customers on single values? would be interesting to know

i find if you dont double the first clean its about maybe 65% stick rate on 2nd then again im working on canvassed numbers, people who call from leaflets are red hot normally i know its the best way to get a customer i might have to try it on a larger scale.

customers just understand from our leaflets that we are offering a regular service. of course we get people asking for 1 offs in which case we do charge more.

2 scales of charging more are

wait till our round brings us to your area and the charge is our 12 week list price

or have it when you want and the price is double our 6 week list price.
