pure freedom trolley
« on: February 22, 2012, 10:14:12 am »
used my pure freedom trolley for the first time yesterday and i must say im very happy with it . my time was cut by nearly half using half the effort. lucky to be in an area with water 65 ppm so can fill the tanks at customers houses using my large di filter which belts the water through. no water meters up here you know. still had to get the ladders out twice for awkward windows and wish i had bought a longer pole,18ft from gardiners but been told i can add on to it anyway......customers were impressed. now i need to get some leaflets made up if anyone has good wfp leaflets i would love a copy.

I,ve had one for about 3 or 4 years - very handy tool.Air locks is always an issue though.I always got around this by putting my finger in outlet hozelock and blasting the water through at full speed. It works but your hand gets soaked(not great when its cold) and you do lose a bit of water.Anyway my friend put me onto another way and it solves all these issues - i'll try and explain.Where you have the water outlet reduce the hose down to microbore size and fit a rectus end stop. This then fits onto your 15 metre  hose thats wrapped around the handle. Then with cable ties attach a small length of clear pole hose around the hose that goes into tank and put a mini hose tail onto one end and just slightly wedge the other end through the black container cap about 2 cm.Then when you get an airlock simply diconnect your extension hose  put the clear  hose with hosetail into rectus end stop and blast away at 99.In a few secs you will hear and see the water returning to normal. You lose no water as it goes back into tank and also no wet hands.Just an idea!
