I use Iphone with T-Mobile, currently got a broken screen for 2nd time!
Easy fix and only a fiver on Fleabay for new screen so not so bad!

Anyway i love this phone, so many great features, but my point is this one....
If your happy with your handset, when your contract is up tell your provider that you Do Not want an upgrade and wish to carry on, on a Sim Only contract, I just did this (as Iphone 4 was too expensive) and my monthly bill immediately dropped from £35 a month to £10 a month. Great saving!!!

There is NO such thing as a FREE UPGRADE!! You are buying that handset over two years, eighteen months or however long your contract is. It is much cheaper to buy the phone you want privately and use on a sim only contract, but if, like me, your happy to hold on to your old handset, then you save lots of hard earned money!

My phone is at the end of its life, what ever phone I get is 100% free on my current tariff.

I had the iphone 3 and now have the iphone 4s.

I had nothing but but problems with my first iphone but thought id give the new one a go. Don't like this one much either so would change over to a different phone next time. O2 for customer services are brilliant though.

Personally I have an iphone 4. I upgraded from the 3gs last year and havent looked back. I have used blackberries, HTC's and other smart phones but now I would never look away from apple. I am on the three network as they had all you can eat data when I signed up for my 24 month contract, and always have good signal in SE kent.

Apple are the pinacle in modern 'flashy' technology (although not supporting flash) just be aware that somehow Steve jobs managed to create demand for a telephone that is primarily not really a phone (more an addition to your daily life) and doesnt hold its charge.

Dont listen to those who say that the battery life is less that a day (it is about 6am-11pm using apps a lot) or that they break easily - as with all touch screen phones with large screens they can get cracked & scratched especially when dropped - but check ebay, new screens are about £5-£10!

My 2 cents is:- go for an iphone, you wont regret it, and you will see why when someone gets one they never want to use anything else!

Sorry for the essay, i hope this helps someone!

It helps me!
My HTC contract is up in March and I'd never have another HTC phone again.
Thank you David.
