All 22 are 4 weekly....

If it goes 8 weekly I only charge one clean as its based on 2 times monthly earnings....

Would you canvass for 8 weekly only at that rate and really wait for 8 weeks to be paid?

you can also charge more and the customer doesn't feel bullied into having it so regular

I get a feeling that i could do no right in your eyes, they were normal houses on an estate for an average of just over 10. They all within 500 yards of each other....

no thats good man , keep up the good work.

all i am saying is 4 weekly will not work in every area where the average price is higher , and where the people just dont want you to turn up 13x a year,

for example my areas  ;D

when its under about £15 monthly is ok i think £12ish or so then you are in a monthly area.

Where in london are you? I have worked down in essex and our average prices there jumped by 4 to 5 quid a house and they were still on 4 weekly. Dont get why a 15 quid house would go 8 weekly?

And it wouldnt help the pick up rate cos most people want 4 weekly....

I am not trying to be funny but i really dont get where you going with this?

monthly areas simply when the price is about £12 £15 all round i have those areas too but then less regular which is over that. even those can be monthly ive got some high monthly s just did them today infact

but i learnt that its best to offer bi monthly when it gets higher less headaches cant answer what % right now.

you sound like a decent guy ive got your email and number thou might drop you a line at some point im quite busy at the mo thou, sorting out plenty of poop and will be following up commercial leads soon will have to take some on the perfect mix of it is important as it can be done early and late etc.
not looking forward to be told we get ours done for x can you beat it ! bah , domestic is alot easyer if only we could turn up at 6am or 8pm lol

youv got good feedback from today
keep it up do your best thats all you can do m8t
its those customers that could ruin it for you not your canvassing :)

Surrey areas.everyone will go monthly ,
but when the price is over £15 specially in the over £20s 30s 40s monthly is way to much overall they will moan after a few cleans so you take a income hit but live in peace!well not peace but a bit easyer yo wont get alot of oh back again?
