Ive been cleaning a house for nearly 2 years  nice easy little job untill i went last week and a sky dish has been put right in my way,so it's hard to clean the window now, it took me twice as long getting around it.
It's just annoying sky only had to go up once to fit it, there were other place's but harder to get to, but i have to go up every month.Would you mention it to the customer or isn't it worth it as it wont be moved.

It's not the customer's fault. It's difficult to say on what you've posted, but either charge for your extra time or just grin and bear it.

Is it unsafe for you to work around?
If yes, maybe try to find a safer way of doing it and charge extra if it takes longer.

If it's safe but takes longer, do it the way you do now but again, charge extra for taking more time.
The cost of living has gone up while you've been cleaning there so add a bit extra on I suppose?
If they won't pay it, then dump.  Maybe explain the problem to the custie.  Many of them are quite reasonable.

Ask them to call sky, and get them to move it or at least try.
if not increase the price if it takes longer.
or work longer for the same money

So it took you twice as long to do one window on a nice easy little job.....
So say that window took you maybe 1 minute to clean (presuming you are wfp and as you say it's a nice easy little job)....it is now taking you about two minutes....get a grip man....
If you were my wc and moaned at me about the sky dish i would tell you to ferking grow up....
