I only said i was annoyed and i do this one trad, it was more the case i was doing it for 2 years and then sky just come and put a dish right in my way, no one has any consideration for anyone else nowadays. But i blame the customer most as they could have asked it to be put elsewhere. You might have gotten me wrong it is no major problem just annoying.

customers don't think, or realise implications their actions have on your business. and more often than not don't care.

but remember if you knock that dish off signal they won't b happy at sky's call out charge, and guess where they will come knocking then?!

I'd explain its awkward and the risk of knocking it. if they are happy still, next price increase I'd add a slight amount on price extra.

our prices are reviewed every Jan. customers always seemed to expect prices to go up then anyway.

How annoying that a customer should decide to do something with their own property and not run it by you first ;D
Window cleaning H & S however you do it is based on safe accesibilty to the windows........has it now become unsafe to do? or is it just a case of an easy job has now become just a tadge harder. Just a little warning for you.......every time something goes wrong with sky now you will get the blame ;D
