A call this week to ask if I was the same Elite, advertising in the local paper. Not me, but when I checked out the paper... same name, colours, advertising 5x5 for £25, and the best bit he uses bex bissel products, and states this in the advert. I take it nothing I can do uther than be happy it was me he decided to copy. I must be doing something right 

Rant 2

Got a call from a custie wanting leather suite cleaned and a few carpets. Went round and quoted, and was asked if I price match. Gave usual answer about quality etc, and was told some one had quoted 1/2 my price. And another had given a price, but called later to say he had over priced, and reduced his price. she said she would let me know when he had called. Later she phoned and asked if I price match, or come closer to the other price. Decided to give her the "beans" speel. If you go into Marks and Spencers and tell them that they have beans in Lidl for 1/2 the price of yours,  do you get laughed out the shop or does the manager reduce the price of the beans, to much the other shop. She then booked with me at the original price
