Glad that wasn't on national news, knowing how paranoid some people are they would have every window cleaner down as a theiving scrote. :o

The story does not really cover what he was sent to prison for, While taking advantage of any one is not on. I feel you need to read between the lines as there is obviously a lot more to this than reported.

That licence business in Scotland cant be implemented surely. Does every customer you have ask to see you licence? It doesnt happen in the UK with gas installers and their licences. It doesnt happen with driving licences. Frankly its a load of balls.

Typical that of the whole country he had to be about 2-3 mile from my house! I'll have to go canvassing in Eastham now their window cleaner is in jail.
