This is more of a location subject, here in London for instance i charge a minimum of £2.50p per sqmtr i nearly allways get £2.75-£3.00psm this does include full pre-Vac (of course!) attempts at all spots and stains a full deep pile extraction clean with sanitiser and conditioner. for an extra £1.50 per sqmtr i apply a stain guard!!
