I like this idea,
is this what people are using? I have a contract thats about 3 pages long, about 11 0r 12 font in arial, that includes general info, payment, cancellation, insurances, etc etc. Is this too much info?
I thought the client had to have all the information.

In residential cleaning, people generally don't want to sign a contract.

Call it a Service Agreement.  As your business grows, keep updating the content of your Service Agreement.  You'll find many things you'll want to add.  Here's some examples:
- Keys
- State your terms for clutter in the home (I required them to pickup before we arrived; we were cleaners not housekeepers)
- No entry on cleaning day
- Cancelled Appointments; must call 24 hours in advance
- Pets
- People in the residence at scheduled appointment
- Visitors staying more than a week (some turn into permanent)
- List of Services
- Extras on Request
- Use of products (yours or theirs)
- Be ready to have them sign a waiver for anything they insist you do or products they insist you use (like bleach)
- Quoted Rate
- Frequency of Service
etc.

Hi Chris,

I can be reached through my Support Desk: http://www.gailmetcalf.com/support

Feel free to open a ticket even if it's only to say "hi".  I use the support desk because then your email won't get lost in filters.

Thanks
