i would suggest a good paying commercial round is fantastic if you can get it right.  I have a shopping street where i clean about 30 of the shops.  Now i charge on average 5 quid per shop and im there for about 3 hours.  sometimes compared to the hassle of other work, i wish shopping streets just went on for miles and miles

Good paying commercial is fantastic, poor paying commercial is a total waste of time.

i agree.i absolutely wouldnt take the job on unless it was £40 outside/£80 in and out.i would push for the longer frequency as well(6 or 8 weekly)then it doesnt seem like your there every 2 mins!!

first clean 2 hours (inside and out)

subsequent cleans 40 mins outside only.90 mins inside and out.that includes set up and pulling away.then 10 min drive say to your next job.this is taking it at a steady pace no rushing then id comfortably make £40 an hour with a bit of time left over.

if i could only make £25-£30 an hour on commercial id rather stick to doing domestics to be honest as i have piles of it.

i look at small compact domestic as my main bread and butter work with some great paying mid range and larger domestics and commercial as good bonus work.works for me.

interesting price ranges there, but the majority are what i was thinking. The good thing is its 2 seconds down the road from another small commercial i do.

for me it would depend when the job outside could be done,  if could be done early morning when no one was around and wouldnt affect my day,

Not much point  doing the job cheaper just because it can be done at a different time to domestic work. If anything ....quote higher for regular day every repeat interval commitment from you.
