I'm sure you feel that strongly, you won't be going on holiday next year. You put your hand in your pocket and gave it all to children in need last night. Do me a favour!

Change happens with small gestures. Little and often, is as good as millions from government.

Cheers m8  ;D. I've got City & Guilds as well as NVQ Lv 3 takes 4 years to get those. How can any qualificationed gained in 4 days be worth anything?

Inside Out, (Or should we call you wrong way round? Based on your wierd views) perhaps you could start the ball rolling by giving the money for your window wiping course back to society!  ;D

Spot on m8
This totally devalues qualifications.its cleaning glass.
 Common sense health and safety.
People have been cleaning windows for a few days months or years really don't need to be patronised by going on a course.
Surely or isit because its free?

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

You two should hook up, get your slippers and your smoking pipes out.
"They are doing it to line their pockets"!
I clean all my Windows for free, I just don't like to think of anyone having a nasty, light related fall in their home due to a build up of grime and dirt on their Windows.

You plum.

It's not patronising. People, do fail these courses. They're a bench mark to reach that let's woolen know you work to a standard. My workload has trippled in 12 months, during a so called recession, in no small part I am certain, to having this qualification.

lets be honest,  it takes 4 days as its a joke,  a qualification to clean windows, is a joke in its self,  it was probably designed by a wc who got above his station and started have thoughts of grandger

impact aint doing this for themselves,  they are in it for the money, just like every one else,  wich i had thought of it

@ inside out  you would think differantly if you lived i an area where this mob have there window cleaning company. they have a very aggressive canvassing policy. some of the things that they have told my customers to get them to join them is a disgrace. iam pleased to say not one have changed to them.

I signed a healthy contract this week that was impressed that we went to the lengths of training the window cleaners to get the worthless piece of paper.

Was it a deal breaker? I couldn't say but for the free course that the government paid for has helped in me securing a good contract for 2012.

just wait it wont take long before the legal threats begin from this company. people who know how they do business know the truth. the people who are going on there courses in my mind are mugs. its a waste of public money and i have already sent a email to mark simmonds mp for boston and skegness telling him what i and others on here think.

Whoa. Bit personal now.

Has anybody been on one of these free training courses?

If so what did you think of it......is it worthwhile?

Yes, and yes.
