TFR For Conservatory Roofs
« on: November 01, 2011, 11:11:07 pm »
Does anyone know where i can buy TFR at a good price?

Also what are the best ways to use it when cleaning conservatory roofs. In the past ive used a telescopic pole and so elbow grease to get them clean but want to try TFR as ive read it gives great results.

Thanks in advance

I use aardvark cleaning supplies Danny.

They don't sell online but are based near la bowl in Warrington. Google it for the full address, very helpful chap and as cheap if not cheaper than any online shop. I try to buy local where possible.

He stocks ubik and virosol, both excellent products.

Use the search function for some of blue frogs (?) recent post on how to clean a conservatory, very helpful.

is this any good for lichen on conservatory roofs?

i find green roofs no problem with a little elbow greese and wfp

but lichen really hard to budge!!

Nice job on the conny roof. How much do you dilute the Viro sol. Do you wet the roof before you spray the virosol on. How long do you leave it on before scrubbing/rinsing? is it ok to allow virosol to dry, doesn't damage roof or make it a pig to get off? Any info appreciated as I've just got the infamous virosol for the first time for an upcoming conny roof. I've just used a wfp with tap water, detergent and elbow grease up to now.
