Yes, using Additional Options for pic uploads has stalled.

Try using i

http://www.i.us/

Simple and straight forward, but you have a couple of different types of choices to make when choosing how others on the forum see the images you upload.

So make sure you 'Preview' your post before you actually post it.

This way you can go back and chose a different option.

There are other programs other than i, but that is the one I use.
