Hi mate, everything  thing in the countryside isn't roses round the porch. Its very hard to build up a good round (but when you get them they tend to be pretty loyal). I used to have a unit on a small ind estate, got broke into twice. And my L200 got nicked and was used in a ram raid by gypos. Best of luck what ever you decide, I would have been interested in your round but you are a bit far away!!

my unit is 40 quid a month, has finger print entry on gates, cameras everywhere, id be quite impressed if someone got in, just get one with decent security and move on. id also be annoyed at who i was renting it from if it was that exposed and vulnerable.

i think you would be a fool to sell up mate.maybe scale down, rent another unit and dont get any flash vans.i reckon you d be happier, less stress and you ll still make a good living.

striving to be the biggest and best can ultimately be an achilles heel.

also dont brag about how much you earn and go about trying to help everybody out!!look after your family and a few close friends, maybe the odd window cleaner and thats it!!

only my view but why let a few thieves ruin what you ve worked hard to build up?surely your tougher than that? ;) ;D ;D

best wishes

why not relocate 10 -15 miles and comute from sunny wales  ;D if you do want to sell  let me know if theres any round you want to brake off coming my way in to cheshire  wind-o-brite@live.co.uk

Sunny and Wales are not two words you often hear in the same sentence. The only way you can tell its summer in Wales is when the rain gets warmer.
