The accountants will value their reputation and won't let things like that happen. I knew of an accountant once that was caught embezzling money. She was shown the door, that was it and it was all hushed up.
They valued their reputation more than the money that went missing.
And you're probably not the only window cleaners on their books.

true but i might be the only windy inexperienced enough to give addresses with prices next to each  :-[

She won't bat an eyelid; it's her job; she'll be doing that all day long and probably never even think about her husband's business.
I guarantee you won't lose any work because of this and if you do, I'll replace it for you.
Mine are underpriced though  :D.
Seriously, there's nothing to worry about.

For my accountant I give him...
1. a folder with receipts for each month in a seperate nyrex folder ie 12 folders.
2. statements for each of my bank accounts including joint accounts
3. Household bills (mortgage, Life assurance, household insurance, electric, gas, council tax, water etc)
4. George printouts for income, expenses, and finacial reports.

Think thats the lot. My accounts are currently with my accountant so I cant check the folder but I dont list the address's and prices though, however, I do keep it available in case Mr Taxman wants to investigate my accounts.
