i love my staff, they have no initiative, they think they Know better than you do,, they think the company vehicle is their personal taxi, and they think that we are doing them a huge favour.
but when we are up against it, and we lay it on the line they work hard.
we have our maddest period now through to the 23rd december, and without the staff i have we couldn't deliver the service.
Remember they are only interested in their pay packet, sometimes you have to spell it out quite brutally, WE LOSE THIS CLIENT THEN YOU ALL LOSE YOUR JOBS, no clients no work. IT AINT ROCKET SCIENCE
that sometimes work.
but staff manaagement is also a major factor in them performing.
so perhaps we should all just sit and think for a minute, if they all leave, or if fire all of them WHO LOSES THE MOST??? I know the answer to that question.
