customer trying to have me off?
« on: October 07, 2011, 07:25:44 pm »
Was given a customer from Ian h20 some 8 months back, Ian add acquired this customer when he bought some work from another window cleaning company the problem for Ian was that this one customer was miles away from him but around the corner from me so Ian asks would i like to take him on,sure no problem went around confirmed the price, the existing price from the original cleaner, went ahead and cleaned for the last 8 months or so then today he informs me that the original cleaner add agreed to clean his conny roof and gutters twice a year and it was included in the price? ??? so rang Ian, Ian rang the original cleaner and guess what...................................no he didn't say that, the only twist to the tale and i have to get to the bottom of,is that there may have been a canvasser involved, but it seems unlikely..............SO LOOKS LIKE I MAY LOOSE A CUSTOMER ;D  just to add Ian is innocent in all this ;D

The agreement you made on the day you called did not contain free gutter and conny. The custy did not mention this fact and the customer did not agree this with you. There for the customer is taking a chance. Sound like a chancre try to re negociate or drop a chancre customer one does need as they will always try to get more out of you.

Bob - Im shocked at your TERRIBLE customer service  :o :o

Lemme work this out 12months x £14 = £168

2 x conny roof cleans @ £40 = £80
2 x F/S/Gutters @ £60 = £120

                             TOTAL £200
                              Less   £168 income

You pay him £32 ............... cant see the problem myself

Ask him what he does for a living and does he pay THEM for letting him work for them

If it was me I would organise for January .... get your Christmas tip and then pass job onto someone else ..... Richy is near you  ;D ;) ;)
