he borrowed money off me and would not pay it back- he lives in Panevezys,i understand that Panvezys is famous for its criminals !

   however i hope to visit LT   in the future sometime as i Really liked the country

what is your city?  i cleaned a few windows in centralas Kaunas and in the small town of Pasvalys

hope i clean a few LT windows with you someday !

At that time i had a LT girlfriend in Kaunas and

  i cleaned some  apartment windows in Kaunas,for fun  .  i had a crazy idea to set up in business in LT , to clean windows , but she considered it a crazy idea and would not help me start it all,  so i gave up  .  i later got so busy here and she then married a LT  man so   i forgot my dream/idea

 however i did see small flyer ads for a  Kaunas window cleaner (ladder type)

well thats crazy. you seem to have bad experience about Lithuania.
but window cleaning there could be an idea, specialy reach & wash as I don't think its there yet. but I would not bother with residential - commercial is the way to go.
we should open a branch there then

its true most Lithuanians are slim with high cheekbones just how theyre made i guess . ive never employed a lithuanian,maybe one day i will !  in my experience the drug taker majority are the British youths.

 As it happens my latest worker  is turning out to be excellent,a real breath of fresh air in fact and all work is moving on at a pace.
  my secondary worker ,is coming good too , i had suspected he was yet  another cannabis king ,but now i believe that his slowness really was due to a lack of sleep . ive also had to finish another worker whose lateness and excuses got beyond ridiculous -i carefully wrote a script before giving him the news so i hopefully have no backlash problems from him
   So it is all good  

 im not going to write anymore on this thread as its gone off the subject

Ideal rob that is not a very good example of undercutting,
If a webdesigner now phoned up the guy who started the topic and said I'll do your
Site for £90 I bet the webdesigner would be hacked off, if a customer rung 4 window
Cleaners wanting quotes and went with the cheapest one then that's business but knocking
On a door and asking someone what there paying then putting your price cheaper in
My view is wrong and I wouldn't do it myself.

i dont see anything wrong with giving a better price if hes ripping them off ill undercut him anyday
