Why was u getting comments about the size of ur pole ?

i began working again the customers are loving it again coz im the best in all seriousness im a lot more thorough when it comes to cills etc and little specks etc, im enjoyin being back out on my own found working with staff made me lazy etc coz i would get them to do certain things now i have to do it all.i cant keep up with the staffs figures yet but im building up my pace again and peace of mind knowing job is done properly

just got new van all freshly signwriten and just got a hot wash system it all looks the dogs do dars

sat down for several hours in front of computer and reorganised entire round with George and google street map ... prioritised all large clusters of customers over singular customers

gone back to charging per window as for a while thought 50p a minute (£30 an hour) was way foward but 99% of time at a quid a window plus a quid for luck works out better in my favour

price increased all the far flung singular customers as was loosing too much time driving to the odd job .... stuck em all up by a lot .... no cancellations yet ... unfortunately 

all basic stuff I know but only 15 months in so still learning

picking up a steady trickle of new jobs every week at the mo with no effort from me!conny roof/fascia cleans as well.all from word of mouth and recommendation.

the good weather helps!!

a few customers have moved but ill be knocking on the new owners and putting the price up a bit!!a good way of getting a pay rise!!

im in a comfortable position.very well established.do a good job and dont charge sky high prices.love it!!

mate u need to do it ive had no resistence what so ever ... now min £12 unless neighbour is less but then still a tenner nothing under apart from a few "it takes longer to get reel out" type of jobs but handful only

Yeah, they were surprised at how small and light it was, and also how well greased the sections were.
