I think I have had enough of this.

I don't want you to think that I am willing to defend Brodex as an individual company, although the dealings that I have had have been ok.

What concerns me is that there the recent posts and threads that we have been seeing are now deteriorating into a mob mentality. It is clear that some of you are unhappy with the service and goods that you have recieved from this company, but that is between you and them and you should be discussing it with them one to one.

There have been some seriously damaging discussions here about this company, and I am sure that the people that work there are taking it all very seriously, and furiously scratching their heads as to how to recover their reputation and loyal customer base.

I think you boys have made your point by highlighting their short comings in previous threads, which are still up and running and may be for some time.

Perhaps these threads should be turned around now from a mob run lynching into something more constructive that we will all benefit from in the long term.

Brodex have been in the window cleaning game for some considerable time, and have provided tools and equipment tho thousands of people, who then used those tools and kit to generate income for themselves and others.

The company itself has generated wages and tax revenue for themselves and their country for many years. I have used them, and have just decided to use them again in the future (but it wont be for poles), simply because I don't like to see a good honest hard working British company dragged into the gutter in the mindless manner that is happening here on ciu.

I will show some solidarity for another British company and would like to encourage others to do the same.

After all if it wasn't for brodex I wouldn,t have had enough money to shop at gardiners...... :D

Traddrs translation: Stop griping its boring now. Make yourself useful or deck off.

if it is dirty it is fair game

Brodex has become to cock sure and treated many with a arrogant fashion as so many of the company's that have been in the supply of equipment game.Try reading back and you will see they have a reputation for bad service and a forum is just the place to correct there arrogant way they see there customers.Companies have years to fix this but some are just to full of there own importance to fix the past.

With regards to the complaints, I was just slightly confused why the marketing manager replied, not really sure about that.  Should it have been head of customer service???

Fair enough, i think we have made our point now. Lets hope brodex manage to get themselves back together, I think the reason why there seems to be a slight mob mentality is down to the fact that brodex in the past just have not listened to their customers.

Now is the time for them to take action, i for one will no longer be participating in any more negative comments about brodex, its time now for us to leave this to rest, we have made our point, brodex know what they need to do.

I say get it off your chests lads(or lasses).

Brodex listen fine to their customers when they are giving a 16 digit card number out and 3 on the back.
